Custom orders are great for weddings, proms, special occasions or even if you just want perfectly matched jewelry for a particular outfit.

Flat fee shipping rates are $4.95 within the U.S. unless advertised otherwise.

At this time, Joy, Faith & Jewels ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. International shipping is also available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping is charged separately and will depend on the items ordered.  Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA.  Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of confirmation of payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) unless otherwise noted.  Your order will be shipped via standard first class mail/ ground shipping unless you specify an alternative and additional shipping fees may apply.  Please let us know in advance of ordering if you have a shipping deadline.

Your tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.

Your order may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Your shipping confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your shipment.

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned (except for custom orders as noted below). Please contact me within 60 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item at support@joyfaithjewels.com to arrange for an exchange or refund.  Upon contact, we will provide you with a return authorization number and mailing instructions.  Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in.  You will need to use a track able shipping method and insure the shipment. I cannot issue refunds for items never received so you will need these documents in order to file a claim with your shipping service. A full refund of the purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued once the merchandise is received in its original condition.

Custom orders cannot be returned because they are made to your specifications and may not be saleable to another customer. Due the fact that I walk you through all phases to ensure your satisfaction, this is generally not an issue. I will guide you through obtaining accurate measurements for proper fit.
